If you are interested in becoming a trainee at VWV, your first steps are:

  • check out our information evening dates on our careers events page so that you can find out more about the firm, life as a trainee, and our application process.
  • Applictions for our 2025 and 2026 Vacation Scheme and 2026 and 2027 Training Contracts are now closed. Applications for the 2026 Vacation Scheme and 2027 and 2028 Training Contracts will open towards the end of 2025 and close in early 2026.

Assessment Days

Our assessment days aren't designed to catch you out. You will be involved in a range of tasks designed to showcase your experience and skills across a number of areas. For example, it is likely that you will be asked to complete a written exercise, have a short interview and work with others to complete a team challenge. There will be plenty of time for you to network with others and get a really good feel for the firm

Training Contract applications for September 2026 and September 2027 are now closed. Applications for September 2027 and September 2028 will open in late 2025 and close in early 2026. Please check back nearer the time for the exact dates.
