We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented assistant to join our supportive and inclusive culture where your contributions are valued- is this you?

As our Bids Assistant, you'll join our successful Bid Team to play your part in contributing to the growth of our firm by supporting our high-quality, often complex bids and proposals. Your role will be crucial in aiding our efforts to win, retain, and generate profitable business.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure will be critical so we're looking for a highly motivated team player who can support the end-to-end bid process including coordinating client communications, meetings, organising materials, and facilitating compliance with deadlines.

Utilising our Bid Tracker and reporting tools, your diligence and proactivity will deliver insights to enhance our win strategies, track and analyse outcomes, and maintain data for market trends and reporting.

With a proactive approach and willingness to learn, you'll work closely with the Manager and Executives alongside our partners, lawyers, and wider team members to facilitate the preparation and submission of bids and proposals. Embracing your confidence, you will be encouraged to challenge process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to exceed client requirements at every stage.

Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?

You're a highly organised and detail-oriented person with excellent administrative skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple deadlines effectively and work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, with the capability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the business.

A keen eye for spelling and grammar is critical, and prior experience in working with bid processes would be advantageous. If you are a proactive and process driven professional looking to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.

Enjoy using your own initiative? Great! Your proactive eagerness to get stuck in and make a valuable contribution is just what we're looking for.
