The Role
The role will encompass a range of high quality work within one of our hallmark sectors. The work is detail driven and involves significant contact with an appreciative client base that will leave you feeling valued and satisfied. In this role you'll use your strong communication skills both internally, in supervising less experienced lawyers in the team, and externally, in developing your relationships with clients and trusted advisors such as banks and property owners.
This is a close knit team where our values of collaboration and teamwork really shine through. As a busy team, workflow is consistent and our lawyers pull together as one unit to ensure our clients enjoy the efficient and friendly service for which we are renowned.

Although we have around 600 employees and four offices in Bristol, Birmingham, London and Watford, you'll be struck by our close-knit culture. By striving to recruit people who are proactive and passionate about what they do, we enjoy a reputation not just for the quality of our work but also for the qualities of our people.
About You
You're an experienced commercial property lawyer with most likely around 6 or more years expertise in your field. Whilst breadth of expertise is always considered a plus, it would be ideal for this role if you had gained at least a little exposure to secured lending work. You will need to have strong attention to detail for this role and enjoy regular phone contact with clients and third parties, with the ability to tailor your approach to the individual concerned. You're organised in your approach to work and have strong commerciality, being able to anticipate additional issues and further instructions from your clients, whether for your team or for others within the firm.
