Contentious Trusts and Probate NQ Solicitor
Are you passionate about developing your career in Private Client law, particularly in Contentious Trusts & Probate work? Are you a high-performing and ambitious NQ solicitor with a keen appetite for resolving disputes and the willingness to learn from the best in the business?
Here at VWV, our Private Client offering lies at the very heart of our firm, and our standout Contentious Trusts & Probate practice are ranked in Tier 1 in both Legal 500 and Chambers High Net Worth Guide.
Our ongoing success, and winning new business, means we are expanding this market-leading team and are now looking for a newly qualified solicitor to join them.
About the opportunity
In your new team you'll work alongside renowned Partners Michelle Rose and Fiona Lawrence – both ranked leaders in their field, who act as independent administrators and trustees in some of the most complex and high-value estate disputes in the country.
You'll provide high-quality legal advice on a broad range disputes for both new and long-standing private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on contentious trusts and probate matters. Taking ownership of your cases, you'll manage your caseload with empathy and clarity, and work closely with your senior team members on more complex, sensitive and high-value matters.
From will validity challenges, removal of executors, proprietary estoppel and 1975 Act claims, to trust disputes involving family dynamics and offshore structures, the team's work is incredibly varied, interesting and intellectually challenging.
You'll be working at our newly refurbished, waterfront offices in Bristol City Centre and we offer a hybrid and flexible working model to ensure a good work life balance.
