Corporate Lawyer

Here at VWV our corporate team is thriving.  Renowned as a firm for our culture and values, we pride ourselves on providing our lawyers with the greatest exposure to high quality work from the earliest stages of their careers.

We're on the lookout for a corporate lawyer with a strong grounding in M&A work (or a willingness to learn), to join the Bristol team to support our national offering.

We're looking for someone with enthusiasm and confidence to work on transactional work which flows from:

- our local market contacts and reputation;

- our sector strength, particularly in relation to our education sector clients; and

- our technology and life sciences (noting that Bristol and the South West is a hot spot for start ups and university spin-outs).

Perhaps you're approaching qualification and looking for a new role, or maybe you're a few years qualified and looking for a change.

You'll join a close knit and collegiate Bristol team of over 15 individuals, and a total of around 30 experts across all of our offices.
