About the Opportunity
As the Digital Adoption Advisor, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and resources that educate users on the firm's digital tools and technologies. This is a great opportunity to create engaging and accessible training materials while ensuring that support and troubleshooting assistance are always available to users.
You'll showcase your ability to deliver engaging and insightful IT inductions for new staff, covering all software applications used by solicitors and support staff. You'll also provide ongoing refresher sessions and workshops, and when new software is rolled out or upgraded, you'll manage the delivery of relevant training programs.
In collaboration with other your colleagues and departments, you'll gather feedback and requirements from users and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness. Flexibility is key, as you'll be expected to adapt your training methodologies to meet diverse learning styles and needs, whether in-person or remote. Your efforts will contribute to the firm's continuous improvement as well as development of best practices for IT training and digital adoption.
Cross-functional support is an important part of your role. You'll provide assistance to IT Support with user queries, and work with other teams to evaluate new software solutions under consideration.
About You
You're someone who enjoys presenting with excellent communication skills, comfortable delivering both in-person and remote training sessions. Ideally you're familiar with legal-specific applications, such as time recording, dictation, case management, and finance systems. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan ahead and manage your time effectively, are essential.
Your experience in creating e-learning content using tools like Adobe Captivate or similar products will certainly help you hit the ground running. You're keen to motivate and encourage individuals to embrace new technologies as well as engage with stakeholders at all levels at the firm.
If you're excited by the idea of blending training, technology, and strategy, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll have the autonomy to design and implement training solutions that deliver real results, backed by a supportive team that's passionate about digital transformation. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and make a tangible difference.
