If you thrive in a people-focused role and enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional environment, we'd love to hear from you..

About The Role

As a Front of House Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues visiting our London office. Acting as a brand ambassador for VWV, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing meeting room bookings, preparing hospitality services, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you'll help maintain a professional and welcoming environment while delivering a consistently high standard of customer care.

You'll greet clients, visitors, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism, ensuring everyone receives a five-star welcome. You'll manage meeting room bookings, prepare meeting spaces to a high standard, arrange refreshments, and ensure all client-facing areas remain clean, organised, and presentation-ready throughout the day.

Alongside your front-of-house responsibilities, you'll provide administrative and operational support, including processing deliveries, maintaining schedules and logbooks, updating data collection workbooks, and assisting with a range of office tasks. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, while proactively raising any concerns relating to processes, practices, or incidents where appropriate.

This role requires flexibility, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment that leaves a lasting positive impression on every visitor.

About You

You're a confident and approachable individual with previous reception or front-of-house experience and a genuine passion for customer service. You enjoy meeting new people, take pride in your work, and naturally go the extra mile to ensure visitors feel welcome and valued.

You'll have excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You work well as part of a team, remain calm under pressure, and are comfortable handling urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems is essential, along with fluent written and spoken English. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in every interaction. Excellent personal presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude will help you succeed in this role.
