At VWV, our team of higher education solicitors comprehends the intricate landscape within which higher education institutions (HEIs) function. We are excited to be recruiting this brand new HE Co-ordinator position in Birmingham to support our dedicated team who deliver specialised legal support to universities nationwide.

As the HE Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at facilitating the smooth operation of our HE Group. From onboarding new clients and supporting bid activities to managing billing processes and coordinating client meetings, your role will be instrumental in driving our success. You'll also be involved in generating client reports, organising webinars and events, and assisting with various initiatives such as the HE Law Brief and student work experience program.

Where Will I Be Working?
At VWV we have a truly unique and engaging culture that we hold dear. We work hard but we also love to have fun and we recognise that it's the social interaction between us that really embeds our culture. Whilst this unusual time has proved we can work effectively as a business from home, we're currently working to a hybrid model of office and home working. We have a "grown-up" working culture and try to be flexible and agile in the way we work. We anticipate you'll be in the Birmingham office 2-3 days per week beyond the initial training period.
