About the Opportunity

You'll play a key role in supporting our firm's strategic goals by coordinating innovation programs from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with maximum impact. You'll help generate and implement new ideas, organise brainstorming sessions, and research the latest trends in legal innovation, especially around GenAI. As the central point of contact, you'll facilitate communication and engagement across the firm, making sure innovation is not just a buzzword, but a driving force behind everything we do.

Beyond just coordination, you'll be instrumental in promoting a culture of innovation. You'll help us communicate the value of our innovation efforts internally, keeping the momentum going as we bring transformative ideas to life. Additionally, you'll track the progress of innovation projects, prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, and ensure that the tools and processes we use push the boundaries of what's possible.

About You

We're seeking someone who's not just organised but also inspired by change. Experience in the legal or professional services sector would be great, but what's more important is your ability to think creatively, work collaboratively, and bring fresh energy to everything you do. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with teams across the firm to turn innovation strategies into actionable plans. Familiarity with Generative AI technologies will be a huge advantage, as it will be a key component of many projects.
