To hear more from our Director of Digital, Data and Technology take a look at this short video https://youtu.be/t1HtxLrY5po

About the Opportunity

Working alongside an experienced IT security team, you'll be at the forefront of implementing critical security measures and driving security innovation across VWV. As our IT Security Analyst, you'll be the firm's go-to expert on maintaining and improving our digital defences. You'll assess and address potential security weaknesses, continuously monitor for suspicious activities, and take action to prevent future risks. You'll not only identify vulnerabilities but will also play an active role in developing and implementing solutions that help us stay a step ahead of cyber threats.

Your work will extend beyond the IT department, as you'll partner with various teams to make sure that we're adhering to the highest security standards. Part of your role will also include helping the firm remain compliant with industry regulations, updating and auditing our security policies and processes, and supporting disaster recovery planning so that we're fully prepared in the event of an emergency.

Joining our firm means being part of a culture that values continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. Here, you'll have the chance to grow your skills, explore new security technologies, and contribute directly to a firm that appreciates the critical role IT security plays in today's digital landscape.

About You

Your foundational knowledge and experience in IT security is key. You'll have a minimum of two years' experience in IT with a strong background in security controls, tools, and best practices. Familiarity with areas like email security, incident response, and general data protection will serve you well, as will experience with security tools and applications.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need a keen eye for detail and an ability to proactively spot issues before they escalate. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can not only work independently but also thrives in a collaborative setting. Flexibility is essential as there may be times when after-hours support is required to manage urgent security needs.

If you're ready to take your career to the next level in an environment that champions quality and security, apply now and bring your expertise to a team where your work makes a lasting impact every day.
