IT Support Analyst
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, Richard Percival, we have an opportunity for a IT Support Analyst to join our team, based in Birmingham. The IT team ensure that the technology of the firm is as efficient as possible and we are excited to be growing this incredibly valuable team.

You'll provide a professional level of 1st line IT support and administration for the firms Applications, desktop computers, servers and network infrastructure. Some 2nd line support may be requested based on your knowledge and experience.
Day to day you'll be on hand to provide user support and assistance to all members of the firm, you'll ensure the IT systems provide a reliable and un-interrupted service, assist with planned system maintenance as well as getting involved with projects as instructed by the IT Manager.
Your passion for gaining further understanding of the firm's IT systems and taking initiative to develop knowledge of other technologies will be encouraged.

So Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?
You'll have prior knowledge and experience with enterprise and desk applications and hardware (e.g. MS Windows Operating system). Whilst not essential, experience working within the legal sector of IT support will certainly help you hit the ground running.
Your ability to manage expectations effectively, work as part of a team and manage a busy workload is exactly what we are looking for.
If you enjoy solving problems and providing excellent customer service then we'd love to hear from you.
Please note there may be some physical activities involved such as Desk and PC moves. And you'll be working shift patterns so flexibility around early starts and late finishes (when necessary) is great.
The service desk team are predominantly office based, so we're looking for someone who is happy to be in the Birmingham office as much as possible.
