IT Support Analyst

Reporting to our Service Desk Manager, we're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to become part of our expanding Bristol-based team. Our IT department plays a crucial role in keeping the firm running smoothly, and we're thrilled to be investing in this vital function.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you'll deliver high-quality 1st line IT support and administration across the firm's applications, desktop systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Depending on your experience, you may also dip into 2nd line support, giving you a chance to grow and broaden your skills.

Your days will be varied, supporting colleagues across the business, ensuring our systems operate seamlessly, assisting with scheduled maintenance, and contributing to IT projects alongside the IT Manager. If you're passionate about learning, you'll thrive here: we'll actively encourage you to deepen your understanding of the firm's technologies and explore new tools and systems.

If you're looking for a fast-paced role within a friendly, collaborative, and supportive team, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

About You

You'll bring experience working with enterprise and desktop applications and hardware—such as MS Windows operating systems—and ideally some familiarity with IT support in the legal sector, although this isn't essential.

We're seeking someone who's great at managing expectations, enjoys working as part of a team, and can stay organised and focused in a busy environment. If you love solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd really like to meet you.

Some physical activity may occasionally be required (for example, desk or PC moves), and the role includes shift patterns, so a degree of flexibility with early or late finishes is appreciated.

Our service desk team is mostly office-based, so we're looking for someone who's happy to be in our Bristol office regularly.

For full details of the skills and experience we're looking for, please take a look at the attached job description.
