The role

• Work closely with a senior knowledge lawyer, knowledge paralegal and wider employment team to maintain and develop know-how resources.
• Monitor and analyse legal developments, contributing to internal updates, briefings, and external publications.
• Assist in delivering and coordinating internal and client-facing training, including webinars and legal updates.
• Draft and maintain template documents and guidance notes, ensuring materials remain up-to-date and aligned with current legal standards.
• Support the development of practical tools and resources to assist with legal and client service delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing and knowledge management teams on content planning and delivery.

About You

You will most likely be working at Solicitor level with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in the employment team of a top 100 firm or perhaps you have moved in-house.  You will have exceptional drafting skills with a talent for presenting complex legal information clearly and accessibly for different audiences and strong research capabilities to remain at the forefront of new developments. 

You will work with our entire employment team as well as with external clients so your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be fully utilised and you will enjoy delivering training and knowledge sharing sessions both internally and externally. 

You will have an innovative mindset and be a keen contributor to team and firm initiatives such as the development of our own AI platform.
