You'll play a key role in crafting intuitive, tech-enabled legal solutions that range from automated processes to user-friendly client portals. Working closely with clients, legal experts, and our innovation team, you'll identify needs and develop solutions that address real pain points, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in legal service delivery. Taking ownership of projects, you'll manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that each solution aligns with client and firm goals.

Your knack for staying on the cutting edge of tech will help you proactively recommend updates and improvements to keep our solutions top-tier. You'll also play an essential part in training and supporting legal teams, helping foster a culture of innovation across the firm.

About You

You're someone who can turn abstract ideas into impactful, intuitive solutions that meet technical and business expectations. Your technical skills should include proficiency in no/low-code tools like HighQ, document automation, and project management software; familiarity with Python, SQL, or other coding languages is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex legal ideas into clear, actionable solutions are essential. Outstanding communication skills and a talent for cross-functional collaboration will make you a great fit here. You're driven and proactive, eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.
