Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Assistant to join our Birmingham team. This is a great opportunity if you're excited about marketing and want to get involved in a wide variety of projects that make a real difference to how we connect with our clients.

You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team where no two days are the same. From creating content and pulling together reports to helping clients with their subscriptions, you'll play an important role in supporting the team and keeping everything running smoothly.

About The Role

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll get hands-on experience across lots of different areas of marketing. You'll help draft newsletters, client updates and content for campaigns, support the team with planning and reporting, and keep track of how our activities are performing. You'll also play a key role in looking after client subscriptions to our e-learning products, making sure they have all the right information, know about any updates, and get reminders when it's time to renew.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business – from events and communications to design – to make sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. There'll also be plenty of opportunity to share your ideas, learn from others, and get involved in projects that give you a real sense of ownership.

About You

You'll already have some experience in marketing, communications or business development, and you'll be confident writing clear, engaging content. You'll enjoy working with data and detail, whether that's managing client information or helping to measure how well a campaign has performed.

You'll be naturally organised, good at juggling multiple tasks, and happy working in a busy environment where things can move quickly. Most importantly, you'll be a team player – someone who enjoys collaborating, building relationships and supporting colleagues to get the best results.

A qualification in marketing, communications, business administration or something similar will be really helpful, and if you've got experience in email marketing, client service or content writing, that's a big plus too. But above all, we're looking for someone with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and the drive to make a positive contribution.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, grow your career in marketing, and be part of a supportive team that values fresh ideas and creativity.
