New Enquires Co-ordinator

Through strong word of mouth, personal relationships and effective business development tactics, we receive an increasing amount of new work enquiries every day via our digital campaigns, website, direct email and by phone. The New Enquiries Team sits in our Marketing & Business Development department and was created to ensure a positive client experience. We are recruiting for a Coordinator to provide support to the new enquiries process and the wider team in Bristol.

Is This Your Next Career Move?

You'll provide vital admin support to the New Enquiries Manager to ensure the efficient management of all new enquiries that come into the firm, both digital and by phone, and you'll also add real value by tracking the referrals out to VWV Approach member firms.  You'll help maintain the New Enquiries information tool in Excel and in time, once you've been given guidance, you'll engage with existing and prospective clients to assess where we could assist, allocate enquiries to the appropriate lawyer and follow up on outstanding referrals.  You'll also help to collate crucial data to support the compilation of various reports.

Putting the client at the centre of what we do is right up there as one of our core values and your work in triaging our new enquiries will see you putting this value into practice every day.

So Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?

It's likely you'll be the first impression a potential client has of our firm, so it's essential that you're a confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing emails, with highly developed organisational skills that can still deliver that first class impression when the pressure is on.  You'll no doubt have some previous experience of working in professional services and, whilst not essential, any previous experience gained in the legal sector will put your application to the top of the pile.  What is key is that you have excellent attention to detail and are confident working with databases and Excel spreadsheets.  You'll have a real desire to learn about legal terminology and practice areas, to aid your confident handling of these incoming enquiries.
