Our Plot Sales team in Bristol is looking for a confident and capable Paralegal to join us in delivering top-tier service to some of the UK's leading residential developers.

You'll play an integral part in our thriving Residential Conveyancing team, supporting a variety of plot sales and residential conveyancing matters. Working closely with a team of experienced lawyers, you'll handle files from instruction through to post-completion, liaising directly with clients, agents, and other professionals along the way.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload of residential plot sales under supervision
- Drafting and issuing contracts, transfers, leases and related documents
- Responding to enquiries and progressing matters to completion
- Opening and closing files, ensuring compliance and billing protocols are followed
- Providing responsive and client-friendly service at every stage
- Supporting colleagues in wider Real Estate projects as required
Where Will I Be Working?

We are of course happy to discuss any specific requirements of hybrid working with candidates on an individual basis.
Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?
You will most likely be working as a Paralegal already, have completed the LPC, or might be working towards your CILEX qualification. Upwards of six months experience in a similar role will certainly be an advantage, as will familiarity with the residential conveyancing process.
This a busy role where deadlines must be met to ensure processes run smoothly so you'll be organised, confident in balancing day to day work with deadlines and effective in case and transaction management.
You will be confident in the use of Microsoft Office and familiar with case management systems
Long term client relationships are key to the team so you will be an effective communicator with the ability to convey information concisely and accurately to clients and third parties in a polite, calm and professional manner to build trusted working relationships.
