The Opportunity
At VWV, we're expanding our friendly and well-regarded residential conveyancing team. Working closely alongside Fiona Baker and her team in our Watford office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer –– to join a collaborative and supportive environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to a thriving practice.
You'll gain hands-on experience dealing with a broad range of residential property matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, lease extensions and working with investor clients. You'll have the chance to work closely with long-standing clients while getting involved with business development, as most of our work comes from word of mouth and repeat business.
Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?
Ideally, you'll be a recently qualified solicitor, CILEx lawyer, or licensed conveyancer – or someone approaching qualification who has some experience in residential conveyancing. You'll bring a client-focused approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build and maintain trusted relationships. An interest in business development is important, as is the confidence to engage with clients and referrers. Most importantly, you'll have a positive and proactive attitude, and enjoy being part of a close-knit, collaborative team.

Whilst we embrace flexible working, we would like you to work from our Watford office for 3 or 4 days of the week.
