Supplier Onboarding and Knowledge Assistant

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Supplier Onboarding and Knowledge Assistant to join VWV in Bristol, supporting our Legal Operations and Knowledge team.

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll help make sure our suppliers are onboarded smoothly, and their details are kept up to date, while also supporting the Knowledge team in keeping the firm's resources organised, accessible and easy to use.

If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, helping people and taking pride in getting the details right, this could be a great opportunity to gain experience in a supportive team.

Is This Your Next Career Move?

You'll be involved in the day-to-day administration of our suppliers, helping to make sure they meet the firm's requirements and that all the right information is in place. You'll be a key point of contact for supplier and internal queries, keeping track of documents, chasing outstanding information and helping to coordinate approvals and renewals.

You'll also spend part of your time supporting our Knowledge team. This will include looking after records of the firm's subscriptions and resources, processing purchase orders and invoices, keeping our Knowledge Intranet pages up to date and helping colleagues  access the tools and resources they need.

There's plenty of variety, from updating records and producing reports to helping improve processes and getting involved in wider team initiatives. You'll work with many different people across the firm, so building good relationships and keeping everyone informed will be an important part of the role.

Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?

Ideally, you'll have some experience in an administrative, support or coordination role. Experience in a legal, professional services or commercial environment would be useful, but it's certainly not essential.

More importantly, you'll be someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys getting things right. You'll have good attention to detail, be comfortable managing information and records, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.

You'll also be a confident communicator who enjoys helping others and working as part of a wider team. A positive, can-do attitude is important, along with the ability to use your initiative, manage your workload and spot opportunities to make things work better.
