VWV approach Regional Relationship Manager

For more than 13 years VWV has committed itself to sitting at the heart of its local legal communities, by running the free VWV approach legal referral and support network for small to mid-sized law firms.  We are excited to be recruiting for a Regional Relationship Manager based in Watford to support the growth of VWV approach.

As the VWV approach Regional Relationship Manager you'll work closely with the VWV approach Business Development Manager (BDM) and VWV approach Administrator to identify prospects, on board new members, manage the referral process, host events and develop and grow relationships with member firms. 

You'll play a vital role in supporting the BDM with growing the VWV approach revenue and network by increasing member numbers aligned to the business plan.

Although you'll be based in Watford, travel to other office locations will be expected.

The Ideal Candidate…

You might be a solicitor looking for a change of role, or will have business development or sales experience preferably gained in a professional services environment. Previous experience of working in a legal environment is not essential but would be beneficial.

Your confidence to meet with decision makers in law firms, to explain the objectives of the network and successfully bring on board new members will see you thrive in this role.

If you consider yourself to have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation skills and the ability to work well under pressure we would love to hear from you.

Where Will I Be Working?

For safety at this time our people are working remotely, though everyone is looking forward to getting back to the office at least part time, where our lovely culture is clear to see.  We work hard but we also have fun, and we're missing that social interaction with each other that really embeds our culture.  That said, we have video meeting capability so we can still stay in contact as much as possible. 

This unusual time has proved we can work effectively as a business from home.  Whilst we don't yet know how things will look when we return to our offices, our flexible and agile approach means we can discuss your individual needs.
