Why choose us?

With around 450 employees we're a sizeable firm that still continues to grow, known for its friendly and welcoming culture where team work and collaboration is key, watch this short video to see what our people have to say about us.

We offer a competitive salary, holiday allowance that increases after 12 months with the firm, contribute to your pension pot, have an informal dress code which allows you to dress appropriately for your day no matter what day it is, give you private healthcare and life assurance, as well as offering a range of discounts with local businesses and with so many excellent internal training programmes on offer to everyone it's so easy to develop and improve your skills.

We're passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, we're striving to create an environment where everyone, regardless of background, can reach their full potential.

Where will I be working?

For safety at this time our people are working remotely, though everyone is looking forward to getting back to the office, where our lovely culture is clear to see.  We work hard but we also have fun, and we're missing that social interaction with each other that really embeds our culture.  That said, we have video meeting capability so we can still stay in contact as much as possible.

This unusual time has proved we can work effectively as a business from home.  That said we're currently planning a staged return to our offices, which is likely to be on a flexible part-time basis.  This flexible and agile approach means we can discuss hybrid working with candidates on an individual basis.

So who are we hoping will apply?

Ideally you'll have at least 3 years' experience within private client law whether that be as a post qualified solicitor or via qualification through CILEx, who is looking to build on the expertise you've already gained advising on deputyship applications and estate administration.  If you also have experience in providing tax advice, that would be attractive, though not a requisite so long as you have some general knowledge of this area.
